The hike to Garibaldi Lake is known as a classic in hiking circles. After 9 kilometres and an elevation gain of 920 metres there is a large turquoise lake, which features mountains, glaciers, trails, flowers, waterfalls, and alpine meadows. The lake is 5 kilometres long, 4 kilometres wide, and 300 metres deep. It was a wonderful hike and I had time to explore the shore and Battleship Islands. I ate my lunch, and enjoyed the view of the lake, mountains, and glaciers. If you are watching the video there is a ‘Gear’ icon. By clicking this you can select a better ‘Quality’ like 2160p ( 4K ). I hope it inspires your next adventure.
