Heron Flying In The Rain

A Pacific Great Blue Heron ( Ardea herodias fannini ) flying in the rain with long wings, thin legs and a short tail. The biggest heron species in North America. A high ISO setting and a fast shutter speed allowed me to freeze the heron and the rain. I like how the heron's feet are perfectly aligned while flying.
